$69 - 1 hr single session includes:

Option #2 - 4 Session Package - get started!

$248 (10% discount - $62 per session) four session program includes:

  • free consultation
  • 4 - 1 hr sessions (sessions must be used within a one month period or less) with on-site personal fitness instruction in cardio and resistance workouts
  • 4 - unique session plans developed to meet your workout goals
  • body composition analysis
  • continuous progress monitoring

Option #3 - 8 Session Package - get started!

$469 (15% discount - $58.65 per session) eight session program includes:

  • free consultation
  • 8 - 1 hr sessions (sessions must be used within a two month period or less) with on-site personal fitness instruction in cardio and resistance workouts
