"I started working with Tonya just over a year ago. I had gained 30 lbs. and was deconditioned from two years of plantar fascitis, IT band syndrome and a seriously strained pirisformis. She is very skilled in working with older clients, both in understanding the issues that many of us face in physical and/or mental situations. Her attitude is always positive.
